Dockline

Terms of Service

Last updated: November 7, 2026

These terms are an agreement between Brivano Labs ("we", "us") and the business that installs Dockline on its Shopify store (the "Merchant", "you"). By installing or using the App you agree to them, to our Privacy Policy and to the data processing terms below.

The service

The App connects your Shopify store to your retail partners on Rithum (DSCO): it brings their dropship orders into Shopify and sends acknowledgments, cancellations, shipments, invoices and inventory back to them. You stay responsible for your retailer agreements, for fulfilling orders on time, and for the data you and your retailers put into the App. We work hard to keep the App accurate and available, but it is provided "as is", and we are not liable for retailer fines, chargebacks or lost sales; our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 3 months.

Billing

The subscription is billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice, after any free trial. You can cancel any time by uninstalling the App; Shopify handles any proration.

Acceptable use

Use the App only for your own store and your own Rithum account. Don't try to access other Merchants' data, overload the service, or reverse-engineer it.

Data processing terms

For the personal data of your retailers' end customers that the App handles for you, you are the controller (or act for the retailer) and we are your processor. We:

You confirm you have the right to give us this data for these purposes under your retailer agreements and the law.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms; we will change the date above and tell you in the App about significant changes. You can stop any time by uninstalling. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
